All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Responsibility

Address Accuracy (Important)
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order

Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed
Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.
